1. Protein Shake Mix
These shakes can be full MEAL REPLACEMENTS.
These shakes contain 30 grams of healthy carbs, 20 grams of vegan protein and 20 Plus vitamins and minerals that help keep you fuller longer because your body is getting the nutrients it needs. They contain 20 grams of vegan protein from highly absorbable (98% absorbability is one of the highest rates) and easily digestible pea protein; it also contains rice protein and cranberry protein in order to provide a full amino acid score. Additionally the arginine content of pea protein is one of the highest of all commercially available proteins. Mix 2 scoops protein powder with 8-10 oz. water or milk alternative (almond, coconut, flax, hemp, oat milk). Drink them plain or throw them in a blender with your favorite (approved) fruits, veggies and healthy fats for extra health benefits. You can use it in protein bars and pancakes.
