Ana's Pancakes


Straight from my exercise and healthy eating friend, Ana Bosada's Facebook timeline

This is our breakfast today, easy and healthy pancakes. Put all in a blender
1 1/2 cups of gluten free oatmeal
1/4 cup flax seed
1/8 cup chia seed
1/8 hemp seed
1 reap banana
1 tbs cinnamon
2 tbs vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
A the end without blending you can add blueberries or dark chocolate chips (enjoy life brand is best)
